I take extra C, E, a good multivitamin, and glutamine. You dont get size directly from these supplements, but they keep your body running smoothly, and keep you healthy.-WULF

Squats, deadlifts, barbell rows, olympic push presses etc etc "enough" activity for the 'athlete' paK?
