What are the most essential vitamins, minerals, and or anti-oxidants that anyone must include for a healthier lifestyle. On steriods or not

I take extra C, E, a good multivitamin, and glutamine. You dont get size directly from these supplements, but they keep your body running smoothly, and keep you healthy.-WULF
 
Vit C (3000 mg), Vit E (400 UI), Multi-Vits, ALA, L-Glutamine, Garlic extract, ginger root, cranberrry extract.

How will it "fuck you up"?.

Also, would you consider 4 days of extreme lifting..
Squats, deadlifts, barbell rows, olympic push presses etc etc "enough" activity for the 'athlete' paK?
