Equipoise

I have never done a cycle before. Only Creatine and Tribulus Pro. This will be my first. It's gonna be with Equipoise. I want to be on it for 8-10 weeks. If anyone has 2 cents about this(how much to take, how many times a week, personal experiences, what to expect in regards of gains, appetite, and side effects), I would apreciate it. Thanks

choose test. e.q. will start producing results at around wk 10. and so i don't here any flack for anyone else. i'll advise you to run 500mg.test for 8-10 weeks.

Do some research..... :Chef: :tuc:

If you are planning to run EQ, you might want to extend past the 10 week mark. I am in week 5 of 700mg/wk EQ, and just starting to really feel it. Still not to maximum effect.

I'd suggest running test over eq. It's cheaper, you get better results with less gear, plus if you take an anti-e there's very little water retention.
500mg/wk for 10-12 weeks followed by pct.

If you're dead set on running the eq, i'd run it out to 14 weeks. It takes a long time to kick in. If you keep it at 8-10 weeks, you'll be spending most of ur cycle just waiting. Then when it kicks in, you'll be quitting. 400mg/wk to 600mg/wk would be my suggestion on dosage (i'd go with 600)
Everyone is different as far as what you can expect. You'll probably see this though:
-gains come slow and steady (don't expect to gain a lot of mass from this though)
-increased hunger
-low water retention
-increased muscle hardness
-some experience bad anxiety

Well if you consider creatine as a cycle, then you better do more research.

Also give us your status, training history, age, weight...etc
