Equilone..How long to cycle?

Anyone know how long to cycle equilone? I have been told 6 weeks, however, the bottle says 4 weeks. Also, anyone have any imput in the quality (effectiveness) of this product. I am looking to gain lean muscle, with a lower risk of gyno. Any possible supplements to stack with this? I am planning on taking protein and for pct nolvadex. Thank you.
