Excidium is a genetic freak on a freaky diet LOL...homeboy stays pretty ripped on a drol cycle that he gained 30lbs on.

IM, you have to assume that "proper" PCT can't be assumed for someone's first cycle. Not saying that he won't do it right, but he doesnt yet know ic Nolva works wonders for him or if he's more of a Clomid guy...

yeah his diet was like 5 steaks a day, he posts once in awhile,
since i never posted pics cuz my cam broke me n exidium have a very similar build, except he's prolly bigger now him, but like him i keep my 6 pack even when bulking
