the EQ didnt' kick in until after about 3 wks. strength started going up slow and steady after that. i think the tren is what really helped me out the most on that cycle though. got my strength way up (set PR's every week at the time WHILE on CKD) its a great compound to keep from losing muscle. i love EQ, but tren might be a better way to go if your going to choose only one.
just struggle through the first few weeks and work on your diet... after that your energy will come back up and the EQ should be kicking in and you'll start making some good gains in the weightroom. compound movements is where its at. takes a SHITLOAD of energy, but thats what it takes to lose the fat without losing muscle.
the EQ increased my endurance, pumps were better when lifting, strength climbed slow and steady, and by the end of the cycle i was looking really dense.
