eq/test e cycle

Alrite guys,

Im gonna do a cycle for mma with eq at 600 for 15 weeks and test at 200 for 16. im a little lost with the pct as have been given some contradicting advice.

I know ive got to take post cycle and unleashed (at recommended dose. Ive also been told to take forma stanzol, bridge and hcgenerate but am unsure of when to start and how much to take. Anyone know anything about this?

my stats are:
age-21
height-6 foot
weight - slightly under 170
this will be my first cycle

Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

man bro, 6'0" and 170 and only 21... you have NO BUSINESS whatsoever running any sort of aas cycle... besides the fact that your much too young, you have so much room to grow naturally... and you want to run test at 16 weeks for your first cycle?? bro, come on man, you don't need to be in the aas forum... you need to get to the bodybuilding supplement forum... your not going to find much of any help in this section because you are FAR from ready man...

how come im far from ready? what the worst that can happen? i know its a long cycle but il be fine if i do a good pct no? im doing it so I can train every day. theres no supps that can cater for that are there?
 
i just told you why your not ready... your WAY too young, your way too undersized... trust me on this... you have so much room to do things naturally for years... your only going to do harm to yourself at this age... im only looking out for you... of course i could set up a bad ass cycle for you but your not ready and i would only be doing you harm by doing so... fuck bro, i trained everyday for YEARS and I was doing it after partying all night, doing drugs and drinking all night and I still got my ass up in the morning and went to the gym... I would puke, whatever, it didn't matter and I didn't have any steroids helping me to do that...

You just have it wrong and thats okay... You just need to understand your body is not ready for any of this...

what kind of goals do you have and i can try to set you up on a different route...

Damn I didnt know I was that young for it. I thought 21 was the good to go age. My goals are mainly for recovery to train (mma) every day while also increase power, strength, endurance without putting on too much weight.

ye if you could give me any advice on supps or anything selse that would be great too. theres no supps out that can increase recovery as much as gear is there?

Dude please listen to Dylan. He has your best interest in mind. Like booze there should be an age restriction on gear.like 31. You have enough test at 21 to put on weight. Natural weight. Get your shit in check. Post your diet and routine.
 
Yeah man listen to Dylan, he knows what hes talking about and I agree with him 100%

If you are saying you need AAS for recovery and your 21? Really? I didn't go out clubbing and drinking etc like Dylan but I worked a grave yard shift at a sawmill and went to the gym for 2 hours after my graveyard shift with no excuses.

All you need to do is eat train and sleep!
 
The test will easily bump you up to middle weight. How competitive are you? I don't get feeling too into it yet. I would suggest supplements for now.
600 is still high for EQ in my opinion for just recovery. I get pumps easy so have to be careful with dosing.
 
For recovery I love SARMS because don't get the pumps but good recovery and endurance boost.
Along with a good blended creatine works well for me.
(Wrestling at a college level)

my diet is:

mourning - boled eggs or oatmeal

lunch - fish with brown rice and salad

dinner - chicken with green veg and sweet potatoes

snacks - nuts/humous/fruit/cottage cheese

I train cardio and technique in the mourning and power/strength training in the evenings at high intensity mon to sat (rest sunday).

I feel that im not recovering over night there for not getting as much out of training as i could if I used steroids.

what the best supplement for overnight recovery in you guys opinions?

hey man. ye this sarms stuff looks interesting. what do ypu think I should take as a pre and post carb drink? im already taking creatine, beta alinine, bcaa, and whey protein.

I'm not that picky don't take all that much as a carb drink. make sure had a meal with some carbs in it before afternoon workout. then a protein shake and a meal after it. In morning dont worry too much about carb drink if have had some carbs the night before. usually just a gatorade after workout is it.
Taking a multi vitamin too? that helps me some with recovery as well
 
You eat small ... you need to eat big, train big and rest big in order to grow big. Now don't go eating all sorts of bad foods, you still need to eat clean and healthy, but more. Go to the Bodybuilding Supplements Forum and check out Diet adn Bodybuilding. If you just spend the time and read around there, you will find answers and guidance to almost everything you need to change and to what degree. If you have spent the time and cannot seem to find what you need to know, then create a thread there and ask around.

You REALLY do not need AAS now, you'll mess up your body's natural balancing hormonal scale for the rest of your life.
 
Also caffein helps a lot with soreness and getting after it. Could raise your intake as begin to feel less recovered towards end of week

Curious are you walking around at 170 or fighting at 170?

last 4 fights were at 155 but if I was to go on this cycle I would fight at the most comfortable weight for me as id still be tall for 170 and average for 185.

hey i know everyone telling me not too (and i value al advice) but in your opinion, is the steroid cycle I wrote down really that bad for me or could it be ok?

as far as how competitive I am, I'm still amateur but want to make it in this sport. i wont say what my dreams are coz il get laughed at but ye i wanna do all I can to help me succeed. so do u think is i should go for it on the steroids.

Up your calories some for recovery as well as if gonna move up a weight class. Being short or tall both have advantages anyway.

If you insist on using despite the others advice leave out the equipoise and do a low dose test cycle for 12-16 weeks followed by a good pct. 2-300 mgs test is sufficient.

jsut looked up cheque drops and they sound awesome!! thanks for telling me about them. how long would u recommend doing the eq, tets cycle for because ive heard 16 weeks minmum to get the most out of it but people are saying im a crazy fool for doing 16 week first cycle.

12-14 weeks, I wouldn't recommend running any cycle longer than 14 unless you're on trt

Holy crap, don't do cheque drops as a first cycle! Not sure if that's what you were meaning but thought I had better get that out.

If you plan on running a first cycle regardless, Test E only, 500mg/week for 12 weeks and then a very well thought out PCT is the place to begin.

ye thanks man will do. if I only take halo and cheque drops for a day, just to test it out, I wouldn't need pct for that would I?
