EQ question

has any of u guys ever had good result running EQ by itself? if so were they more of a bulk or cut.. i know its all bout the diet but im talkin 4-5 thou cals a day.. hopin it will put some lean mass on..then run winny at the end.. alon with a frontload of d bol
 
I have run EQ on it's own for 14 weeks w/a near perfect diet. Yield good results from visual sence - lean, hard and vascular. But didn't put on nearly as much size or get the strength gains as I do when I stack it with test.

If you can, run it w/even a smaller test dose - it will be a big help!!
 
I am into my 4th week of an EQ cycle 750 mg a week. You are right it def. depends on how clean your diet is. If I took in that many calories I would be 300 lbs. It all depends on your metabolism. Some guys can stay lean and put on some good hard muscle at that caloric count. IMO that many calories is for a bulker.

agree.....there needs to be at least some test in there

i think he is on eq and tbol right now. he is a hard gainer but getting good results
 
well id say my test is pretty high right now.. im wut u would call to young to be takin any kind of AAS.. ya i guess this bit of info would have been useful lol my bad guys
 
yea i'm on 800mg of eq right now, i started with tbol and am ending with var but it kicks ass. you don't need test. just add proviron. veins in my arms and shoulders are getting bigger and running down my arm further. pumps are great and recovery. love it. put on 7lbs in 7.5 weeks
 
is it true bout the cardio bruce? i hear it increases red blood cells so u have more stamina and dont fatigue as often this true?
 
yea. its true, i know a lot of fighters on it for that now and a lot of rugby and lacrosse players i know take it even if they don't work out for this reason.
 
im runnin it with d bol at the beginer and winny at the end..hope the winny at the end will really harden me up
 
i'd run with tbol and winny or var and winny but that is me, especially if i wanted to harden up
