EQ Question

i'm beginning to start an EQ and Winny cycle....300mg of EQ/wk, but not too sure about how much winny to take...i have 50mg pills and was told i should take one a day, what do you think?

Yes. Either in half or in thirds. The more you spread
out the dosages the better.

I agree with maxbiceps....split them up into thirds and take three/day. That will do your body good!!!

I agree, split them up and take them 2-3 times through out the day. 50-100mg/Day for the 50mg tabs is a good dose, run it for 6-8 weeks
