Eq question?

I am planning my next cycle and want to use eq, but not sure if I should use 200mg or 400mg. This is my first time using eq. My cycle will go like this
50mg anadrol weeks 1-4
500mg test 1-8
200-400mg eq 1-10 or 3-12 which would you guys recommend?

im on week 2 now of my cycle, had the wife shoot up my left cheek this morning since i cant reach around for that one. im using eq at 400/wk for 10 weeks also. but im also combining it with sus for 8 weeks
