Eq or not

I will be doing my first cycle at the end of this month. Im only looking to put on a couple of pounds and stay tight for the summer withought eating alot of food. Should i do a 8 week 250 mg test enanthate plus 200 mg EQ and some dballs to start up with or is EQ not enough to stop the catabolic effect on my body because i dont eat enough. I take in enough protein but i have no room for the extra callories that i need. Keep in mind...Im trying to take as little as possible because of side effects and money. Thanks for your help.

I've done simular cycles, and have a calorie phobia as well. Just try to get most of that calories from protein. As for the EQ, it will help, but if possible try to bump up to 400mg/week. What I would do if I were you, is take the first three weeks, keep the eq low, and the test and dbol a bit higher (around 500mg test for the first two weeks). This is when I would eat more than normal, and basically do a very short bulking cycle, and treat the rest as your cutting/maintenance. You won't really notice the test enth, even at 3 weeks cause it takes a bit longer to kick in. But the DBOLS will help gain a couple pounds. Once off the DBOL, the three weeks of 500mg test will be kicking in, and helping to prevent a catabolic state. This is the point in which you bump up or start the EQ @ 400mg/week. - josh

Are you saying not to do the cycle at all or just cut the eq out? I eat 4 real meals and 2 40gram protein drinks a day. Not enough for someone doing a gram a week but i thought since im doing so little AS that it be ok:confused: :confused:

Meal
1 4 pc of bacon and 4 eggs (40 g protien drink)
2 1 can of tuna w/mayo
3 Bowl of pasta w/chicken breast
4 Vegies, either chicken, fish or steak and a potato
5 1/2 chicken w rice (40 g protien drink)
 
Why do you have no room for the extra calories? Time constraints? or just a lack of appetite and trouble getting down the food? If it's the latter, EQ will make into a human garbage disposal...so if you want to be able to eat more, i suggest adding the EQ.
 
if u run the EQ, run if from the beginning with the test enanthate. it takes about the same amount of time to "kick in" and with EQ, longer is better. plus if you waited until wk 3-4 to start the eq, then by the time the EQ is really kicking your cycle will be over
