Keeps blood levels more stable.

Once a week is ideal if you don't frontload since higher blood-levels are obtained more quickly than 2x per week injections.

The half-life is over two weeks (some say 16.5 days, some say longer).

Suffice it to say that once a week is more than sufficient to maintain stable blood-levels.

I do every 3rd day, with Test E and EQ... So first week would be Mon, Thurs, Sun... then Wed, Sat, etc. If you do 200mg per inj, it equals out to 500mg per week. This seems easier to figure out when to inj than twice a week for me. I frontload double the dose the first week with both also...seems to make it kick in faster.
