eq in preloaded pins?

A friend of mine is going to TJ to pick up a little gear this weekend. He doesn't know shit about AS, but he's been doing a little of this, a little of that for about 15 years (it doesn't show) and he says he's getting some eq in preloaded syringes. WTF? Can you get eq like this? I told him to get me some too. After all, I could use some eq OR test, whatever it is.

I have NEVER heard of Eq pre-loads before. I would just go for the Ttokkyo Eq or Ultragan instead

May be Sust pre-loads in which case you will be happy with them
