Well, I'm at work so I cant draw it all out but from a birds eye view... I'm 187 so I take in around 230-250 protein, maybe 90g of fat and dont really monitor the carbs to closely, and eat about every 2 1/2 hours. I don't mind a little fat, I can drop that once I'm done... I just have a hard time staying hungry, that's why I through in the EQ but its only been 2 weeks, that's why I was wondering how long it took to set in. I want to get to around 200 to 210 and I was hoping EQ would make me eat enough to get there.
