I think it depends on what type of cutting cycle you're doing and how EQ affects you. If you're just trying to lean up a little bit, EQ is great for that-----however, if you're cutting to get to a contest level or even a sub 7% BF level, EQ will make it very tough on you if it stimulates your appetite anywhere near how it does mine. I use it solely for bulking cycles because of how it increases my hunger.
If you have any intentions of doing a keto or severely restricted calorie diet on your cycle, I would suggest you use something else, like Tren.
