eq dose

lets say one were planning on useing test at 500mg week would eq at 400mg week be a good dose or should it be higher?

400mg eq week 1-12
dbol 30mg day 1-5
winny 75mg day 8-14

it's fine at 400. I haven't noticed much of a difference when I ran it at 800 mgs. I thought the optimal dosage for me was 400. It kicked in around week 6-7 and saw some impressived gains at week 10. Eq is great! :)

I have been on Eq at 600mg a week for 10 weeks. First 8 weeks I was also on Fina at 76mg eod. My gains were huge, as was my appetite. At week 8 or 9, I did start to loose the intense appetite, and now at week 10, I am slowly loosing weight. I am still on 600 mg week of Eq, and also 50mg Proviron and 30mg Winny ed, as well as test prop 100mg/eod. I don't mean to jump your post, bro, but just thought I'd join in with my own confusion. Why am I loosing appetite and weight at week 10 if that's when everyone says it should be at its stronges? Should I go up - or should anyone on Eq for long period's of time go up as their body addapts to the drug? I don't want to loose weight at this point if I don't have to.

This is the reason I do 6-7week cycles (8wk max if cutting). You would be surprised how many people see diminishing returns after this. Seems like this board has gone mad for long cycles when only a few years ago people were mainly doing 6week cycles. In my opinion you are wasting the gear as your body is downregulating.
