eq dosages for lean gainer cycle+front loading?

used with prop and fina/winny what is a good dose of eq for a lean gainer cycle, also using arimidex 1mg/ed

i was thinking 400mg-600mg a week for 10 weeks. which is more suitable?

is front-loading needed with eq?

I would front load for sure....try:

1000 mg EQ week1
800 mg EQ week 2
600 mg EQ week 3 - 10

1200mg week 1-2 (if you want to frontload)
600mg after that.

I dont think I would use anything below 600mg/wk EQ myself.

IM NOT DISCREDITING YOU GUYS BUT...

i read a thread somewhere that said fronloading eq is a crock of you know what. it takes time for the stuff to acumulate in your system.

by the way keep us posted on the spectro i cant wait to grab there fina and eq and winny ans cyp you get my point right

First off the cycle looks good...For the EQ I'm never gonna go less than 600mg a week again. If you can I'd frontload 1200mg first two weeks. For the enanthate-well test is test, once the ester is gone, I'd personally just save the enan and up the prop to 450mg a week, That way you have a little bit better control of your test levels.

I would go as follows (I kinda figured you had about 30 cc) Here is how I split my 30

Week 1 1000 (5)
Week 2 800 (4)
Week 3 600 (3)
Week 4 600 (3) <--- maybe try a little HCG if you shut down
Week 5 600 (3)
Week 6 600 (3)
Week 8 600 (3)
Week 9 600 (3)
Week 10 600 (3)


I know that some people go 1200 for 2 but it is a bit much for me. Just my opinion....

I would run the test at 400 - 600. Run the winny out the back so you will be on for a few extra weeks past Week 10. Remember, you have to wait 3 weeks before clomid after your last shot of EQ. I would be using the Prop / Winny during that time to keep your size.
I would also cut back on the Arimidex (.5 mg / day if you use < 600 mg of test)

You might want to load more EQ up front and stop at week 9....run Prop and Winny for 3 weeks while you are waiting to take the clomid. A 12 week cycle which is a little on the long side but you should be ok. Again this is just my opinion based on what I have read and expereince.

or

600mg for 10 weeks
