in my opinion....the hunger effect ~CAN~ be a plus on a cutter, as long as you have the ability to maintain good dieting principles.....when you cut carbs, fats, etc..... being reminded by hunger pains to eat again (for me) is good because i'm forced to remember to keep my protein intake higher and more consistent.......
i just make sure the snacks i have to combat the hunger pains included quality protein and low/no carbs and low fat.........example,grilled chicken breast and broccoli or a carb free protein shake.....
now i know this is not the same for everyone
but its helps for me because i have a hard time remembering to eat
