EQ Alone Question

Hi

I'm doing one gram a week of EQ. Not really intending to cut as such but seeking to harden-up a bit and maybe trim back from c.290 to about 275 lbs (6ft 3ins) very gradually. I'm now approaching 6 weeks in and was intending to go for perhaps 16 in total. I've done a number of cycles (c.7 or 8) over the last 5 or 6 years and know that I can respond well without test. Usually don't go over 750mg-ish of everything in total. I've tightened up my diet, dropping winter junk but it's definitely not "dieting". I am hardening up somewhat and getting a little veinier and the pumps are deep but it's all very, very slow and it doesn't really seem to be anything for my strength - I've read so many times that EQ is good for strength.

For those who have run highish EQ alone, what should my expectations be? (It's BD from a welll-respected source who has always been 100%) Does it take ages for the best effects to come through (or does nothing more than this light effect ever take hold)?

I would have expect a little more to be going on by now......

Eq alone seems to be more for strength and muscle preservation, not gain. If you stack it with something else, it will help you preserve what you've gained. Taking it alone, the effects are very gradual, and sometimes so gradual that you don't really notice much.

Very true. This is also why EQ is popular for bridging. It's low side effects and low aromatization also make it ideal for this reason. I've had some bad experiences with EQ anxiety but am giving it one final chance in a bridge and then bumping it up for a cycle. Personally I'd never use it alone in a cycle. But the again I'm a bodybuilder. It might have a use alone for some sports (cycling maybe) I'm not sure.

It's a crude anaology, but think of EQ as deca without the hard HPTA shutdown and water retention. It's a very mild anabolic, and even with a perfect bulkign diet and training using a gram of it pew week alone should be good for about 8-10 lbs (at best) of lean mass over 4-5 months. Even just a small amount of test (500/week) would increase your gains drastically.
 
no offence guys but this is another gear that a person should experiment. Eq is very controversial as anavar

when i made my research i read people that achieved good gain with anavar at 30 mg and people who would say you are wasting gear. then decided to go for anavar and i am in the middle of a 40 mg for 8 weeks of anavr (next week is the 5) and i am up 4 kg and down 3 % of fat , sure i could have done more using other gear but for me is good enough and certainly the '30-40 mg anavar waste of gear equation' is not true.

I want to try eq as well and i will do a cycle of 400 mg for 12 weeks now they say that eq will increase your appetite so how can yield a shit result a gear that help u to eat more? (food for definition is anabolic)

in short my advice continue to use it and are u sure the eq that u use is ok? Find lots of thread that 400-600 over 12 weeks gave a good weight gain and few sides

you will get many different answers, some will say they did not get good results, others will say they found they had very good results and some in the middle. This is good test for how your body responds to this product. From what you say it sound like you are responding well

Selene makes a good point. If a gram of EQ by itself works for you then by all means keep at it. What works for some will do shit for others and vice versa. Just keep your diet and training on point so you can get an accurate picture of what the boldenone is doing for you.

Thanks for the various points of view. I'll keep at it as it is, one gram of EQ alone, up to about 8 or 9 weeks and update on here (the temptation is always - for me at least - to chuck an extra gallon of test into the mix the second I start any cycle!!) but I'm keen to run this to some kind of conclusion. I just hope the almost complete lack of any sides is not an indication of an almost complete lack of any serious efficacy!

i've tried EQ alone and i tell u one thing guys i gain 15 pound on that stuff (i did 600mg/w ) And i was very happy whith that!!!
