Chemotherapy will make your hair fall out too. Lots of things will.
But the reason AS makes your hair fall out is DHT conversion in the scalp. The ease with which your scalp does this is determined by genetics. If you're not losing hair and would not anyways, then it's unlikely you'll lose it from using AS. And if you do, it will probably just grow back.

Yes, the same way it would from any drug use, like chemo for instance. When the drug is gone the hair comes back. Again, if you're not prone to hairloss.
