Epogen/ cycle q's

Ok, trying to get a solid answer to this, searched around quite a bit, found TONS of conflicting answers:

I am looking to try Epogen(erythropoeitin), curious if anyone has any experience with it? Good, bad, ugly...let me know. What is the typical dosage(first cycle also)? The general answer I found was two part, but very similar...a total dose of between 8,000-16,000i.u. spread out over a two week period, and the "results" should last between 4-6 months. Sound about right? I was aiming at taking 12,000i.u. over 12 days, 1,000 i.u. per day. I also read that you should take between 15-50 iu/kg of body weight, every 2-3 days. My dose would come to just about the same, just curious if it was better to take ED or EOD/ every 3rd day.

Also, someone give me opinions on the following cycle:
Epogen at begining of cycle(dose to be determined)
T-3(2 30-day cycles, one month apart...first time with it, figure giving my throid some time off wont hurt anything)
Deca-up to 600mg/week...read that you want some sort of test, etc while taking T-3 to hopefully not loose too much muscle...but really I'm not looking to get much bigger, just shed bf while maintaining/improving strength. And besides, thats what I have, so thats what I will use. Also, before anyone recommends Winny...I have used it before, and had great results...just got tired of it hurting like a mofo for 3-4 days. Not worth it to me.
Basic info: 29yo male, 5'9", about 195lbs, +or- 15%bf. Not great, but thats what the T-3 will hopefully help. Also, for end goal, think Crossfit, not pure body building, so I dont need the answer of "Dude, go get Test!!".Looking to significantly improve endurance/cardio(epogen), drop some bf(T-3), while also improving strenght(Deca). I think I am being realistic, and moderation is the name of the game. Someone tell me if I am off base here.

Thank you

Sorry, should have included more info:
29yo male, 5'9", 195lbs. About 15-16% bf. Looking to be at about 9-10%(dunno if that will happen after just this cycle, but I need to get back in decent shape). Been training for about 10-11 years...bodybuilding and powerlifting for several years, but recently got into Crossfit. Much more endurance oriented at the moment. I currently train 5-6 days a week. Honestly, right this minute, my diet is CRAP. I got lazy and took an "off month", lol. But my diet is solid...5-6 meals a day, shoot for about 250g protein/day, and I have all but cut out starches from my diet(replaced with large amounts of veggies instead, I just feel healthier). Previously, I have done 6 cycles. I did a couple lighter cycles at first...Deca, Sust, etc. I did one cycle of Anadrol 50...I just dont need to be that big again(up to 235#, about 8%bf). Looking to be stay the same weight, give or take a few lbs, lower bf to about 9-10%, and significantly increase both cardio and strength.

Commit yourself to a strict diet and 3 more years of hard training ,because you're not even close to being ready!

Umm, ok...How so?
In regards to my diet...I have been slacking recently, about 2 1/2 weeks actually, but that doesnt mean I am not committed to eating clean. I dont really "diet", per se, the real reason I say its been crap lately is because I havent bothered to count grams of protein, etc for a couple weeks. Doesnt mean I go to BK every day, nothing close. The bf% I am aiming for is just about the first time in 10 years that I have ever set a specific goal solely for aesthetic reasons. I dont need to be any leaner than that. Looking for function over form so to say. Also, I am using a tape test to measure bf...notoriously inaccurate so that why I say "about" 15% I would say its probably closer to 12, but I'm still going to use this method for other reasons. Also, please dont take my wanting to try T3 as me thinking its a "magic fix" for eating crappy...I just want to see how much it will help out an otherwise clean diet.

About the training, umm, I guess so. Not to sound like I think I know everything there is to know about training...far from it. But I do know pretty well what works for me. I would think that if I couldnt figure that out in 10-11 years, 3 more probably wouldnt help much. For the Epogen...I am very interested in the potential benefits for my cardio, but not if I am gonna die doing it. Cardio wise right now...not looking to run a marathon competitively, however I do run 8-12milers from time to time. Typically keep it in the 4-5mile range. Last 5 miler I ran I came in right about 32:00. Not a world record by any means, but I figure decent. Lifting wise...I'm benching 315lbsx2, I squatted 405x1 last week, deadlifted 420x1 also last week. Again, no where near what some guys are lifting here...would always like to lift more weight, but not if it means my run times suffer

Now, as far as good, solid, firsthand knowledge of these drugs(with the exception of Deca)...yup, pretty much clueless. Never tried T3 or EPO before, nor do I have any friends that have, hence the reason I am asking here. So please explain. I was really looking for answers as to weather the dosage I suggested would be safe, etc. For the T3, I am only going to 75-100mcg per day. Following a 30-day schedule I read on here actually. I might space them out a little more, possibly a couple months in between. If we can accept that my training and diet are where they need to be, do you think that at the doses I stated I will risk SERIOUS side effects...clotting issues with the Epogen or permanent thyroid issues with the T3?

Take the T3 if you want, theses always the chance of messing up your thytoid Permanently ,and you will be committed to Thyroid med for life, and number 2,i don't recommend anyone resort to a fix thru a pill, because there is no magic pill. its like putting a patch over a tire ,its a temporary fix to a problem that can be better addressed thru better means.

I agree...I'm not really looking to fix something though. If it is all its said to be, I can only assume that most people take it to remain fairly lean while they get to eat like shit, and thats not my game plan. I eat fairly clean even when I'm not trying to lose weight/fat. I just prefer it because I feel like everything works smoother when I eat clean.
From reading info here, among other sites....I thought that 75mcg/day was a fairly safe dose. As safe as you can expect anyways. Do you think that is a fair definition? I do respect the fact that becoming dependant on it for life is a possible, if not likely, side effect.
