I don't see why anyone in BB'ing would use it. It is a great (but dangerous) drug for endurance athletes. Quite simply, it increases your red blood cell count. But too much, and the 'blood turns to mud', and yer focked!

EPO is no joke, weekly blood work is strongly advised to monitor RBC count and unless you're an endurance athlete it makes no sense to use. Certain AS will also elevate your RBC's but w/in safe levels. If not closely monitoring your hematocrit levels you can easily KILL yourself using EPO with or w/o AS use. I would highly recommend staying away from it.

Good point also.
The main guys who use EPO, professional cyclists, have their levels (Hemocrat?) checked daily. Partly for safety, and partly to make sure they aren't going above the legal limit, which I believe is set at 50%. It used to be that if they were measured over 50, then EPO was suspected. But in the last year, they have developed a test for EPO doping...
