Epi Shelf life

How long will Epi keep? I was looking into stocking up on some but have no plans on using any for a year or so but I've been reading that epi only keeps good for 4-6 months. Is this true? or is there any way I could prolong this? Freezer?

Most orals will last long past expire if kept in a sealed container,,out of light,,cool and dry.
Personally I wouldnt stick them in a fridge or freezer.
