Good points made, although it did get you all thinking.
I think not enough is said of the negatives of substances.
Be interesting to know how much he was taking, although this post would be applicable to a few: who regularly abuse the substance and take more than the agreed safe limit of 75mg.

I know right!

Anyway none of this scares me whatsoever. Hey, I can walk across the street and die too right if I don't look both ways before crossing. Or a better example, I can get a really bad headache and take a little too much advil and end up in the hospital as well.

I have taken pure ephedrine since 98 and have had zero issues.
