Ephedrine/Caffeine and ultra sensitive..

anyone else have issues with sensitivity to this? After being out of the routine for a 3+yr period, I have re-dedicated myself bigtime over the past 6+ months. Going from 25%+ body fat to approx 12-13% right now, with diet/cardio/training. 100% natural (not counting this fat burner stack). kind of funny and makes you feel great seeing that muscle memory come back..
anyway, back to my question here.
seen a lot of people talking about taking 20mg ephedrine, 200mg caffeine 2-3x/day. ive just started at 12.5mg Eph/100mg caf twice a day and i honestly feel so nervous and worried that I'll have a heart attack from this cause i cant get past the tweaked out feeling. Drinking 1.5 gallons water/day, and monitoring heart rate throughout the day, making sure during my training, and cardio that i am not going over 155 bpm or so.. im usually in the 120-155 range on this at the gym...anyway, this is my 3rd day on it..hoping the sensitivity dies down a bit, or if not, i just stay at this dosage. anyone else have this issue? just being as careful as possible. i tried to take this two wks ago, and also 3 wks ago but only lasted a day and a half on it before quitting.
health is good. never really been on any fat burners before.
stats, 5' 8 175, like i said, around 12-13% bf
 
Hey mate,

It sounds like the the ephidrine is and caffeine is causing a state of anxiety. It is unlikely these two compounds at the dosage will cause physical problems as severe as a heart attack however it might trick your mind into thinking that, that is the case.

i myself can only handle a certain amount of caffeine and in the morning. if i have too much diet coke or equivalent during the day i get sweaty, nervous and anxious and feel like i need a xanax or something to take the edge off - it sucks!

I personally dont think it is worth the side effects. I took lots of ephidrine in thailand and it caused me to lose my mind... panic attacks based on irrational thinking.

Any who, up to the individual whether you think the sides are worth the gains.... i mean you could just work extra hard and lose the weight naturally.. its not like roids where you're trying to exceed your genetic potential. Just eat way less, keep running and sacrifice a bit of muscle! If the ECA stack is doing your head in i would throw it. Healthy mind comes first for me
 
aaron how did you drop so much bf in 6months? what kind of diet? the ECA stack shouldnt do that at those doses try startin with 8mg 2X a day w/o the caffeine and then work your way up....i myself lost 25 lbs in 4 months but my bf was 30% and i cant get it to go down?????? im at 27%....stats are 215lbs 5'11"
 
diet has been mainly caloric deficit.. at between 1600-2000 cals/day...according to heart rate monitor, im averaging roughly 2900-3000 cals burned/day. protein is high, fat is very low.. carbs are cycled down basically after 4pm... nothing extravagant, just very committed to diet without cheating for past 6 months, also 1.5 gallons of water every day has helped.

anyways, aj i hear ya on the "mind thing." im going to try and stick with it this week at least.. it seems my first 12.5mg pill in the morning i can handle fine, its the 2nd one during the day, where at night im laying down thinking bad thoughts and worrying.. especially sitting on a damn computer reading all the negatives of ephedrine.
