WOW geoboy I did not know that! Well I always pop some epherdrine before training, But never tried coffee don't like it he he

if its the taste of the delivery vehicle (coffee ) you don't like, try Vivarin or Nodoz pills which are just 200 mgs of caffiene (2 cups of coffee)

caffine is a diruectic... this cancels out creatines water retaining properties

At leat I'm not the only one that seems to be addicted to ephedra. I've been taking it so long, before work-outs I'm not even sure if I could train without it. Bad huh? But I always take 1 stacker2 like 3 hours before I train, then another one about 1/2 hour before I step foot in the gym.
