Ephedrine and Synephrine.....

Would taking the 2 on the same day be a bad idea?
I'm thinking of taking ECA (25mg Eph) in the morning...then using a Synephrine product (like U.S formula SAN TIGHT) in the afternoon.
Would this be overkill? Should I use ECA/Synephrine on alternating days instead?

I stack ripped fuel and vasopro ephedrine together often with good results. Ripped fuel has ~10mg synephrine per cap. Vaso pro is 25mg ephedrine per tab. I take 2 RF with 1 Vasopro. in the am, then 2 more RF later in the day.

I dont think it adds any danger but I dont know. I wouldnt say that ephedrine alone is really "Safe"

I only ask as it states on my "TIGHT" bottle to not stack the product with Ephedrine.......I guess its ok to take later in the day due to ECA short half life?
