ephedrin how much to take?

I have efedrin arsan 50 mg tablet can anybody help me with dosage of it how much should I take 50mg one hour before training is that ok or should I go with 3 times a day 25mg
 
IMO, 25 mg 3x per day, and one before training. Don't take them too late in the day though, or youll be awake all night.
 
To assess tolerance, start at 1 cap a day stacked with caffeine, roughly 30min prior to a meal or exercise. After a few days, up the dosage to 2-3 a day, seperated by 4hrs, prior to meals and/or exercise

Hey sawastea. R u sure ? He's using the 50mg tabs, I wouldn't recommend 150mg a day of ephedrine. especially is someone was 'clean' for a long time, his body would react excellent to just 25mg at a time.

If you're using the ephedrine for increasing your workout intensity through
CNS stimulation than you might go with 50mg tab pre workout (though 25-37.5mg are usually enough for me)
 
last workout I used two tabs two times 25mg during the day and one hour before workout 50mg and start feeling somthing two hours after last tab saothing like worm-cold going in my body i will try now two tabs 100mg two hours before workout
 
That's too much (100mg) all at once. I would say 50mg max before a workout. That shit'll speed your heart rate up enough not to mention lumping a touch set of leg presses on top.
 
I'm with Junk on this one. I would start off small.... 25mgs. I would take 25 in the morning, 25 at noon and 25 before working out. That should get the job done.
*I recently read a study that showed that ephedra dosing varied greatly from label claim. That is why I would start slowly and work it from there!
