Hows your diet bro...first thing i learned when i was younger was that no matter how many pills you take, what you take..if your DIET is not on point your just spinnin your wheels...re-evalute your diet (post it for critique) and we can take it from there...thats the biggest problem in the US now..to many people pushing diet pills..but not educating on DIET...
 
i eat nothing but sandwiches and meat.. i eat about 4 or 5 sandwiches a day for dinner sometimes instead of a sandwich i eat whatever my mom cooks me, but only the meat

But I was under the impression that he took it all at once prior to working out. If I'm cutting then I take 25mg 3xper day as well, just not in one shot.

You'll have to get more specific than that my friend. What type of bread, meat, etc | When you eat | how often | Do you drink sodas? | Do you endulge in sweets?

Honestly, at 18, you're in the prime environment to get your diet in check. You'll be amazed at teh difference watching your diet will make. Try that for a few months and watch your results. You'll start to notice you don't need any pills at your age. Save your money in all area that you can.

If you wanna lose weight:

Diet:
1)High protein (Lean steaks, Chicken breast, tuna, protein shakes, egg whites, etc.)
2) Low fats
3)Low carbs (Sometimes if i wanna lose weight fast I eat no carbs at all - I don't recommend this unless you have experience and can handle the stress of being carb depleted

Training:
1) You should be lifting weights at 3 - 4 days /week (atleast)
2) Do some cardio in the morning on an empty stomach atleast 3 times a week

Rest:
- You should be sleeping a minimal of 7-8 hours each night

your bodys vasclar system is basically a series of pipes with blood running through them. if you increase the volume of blood, the pressure goes up. if you increase the power of the pump (the heart), the pressure goes up. anything that does these two things will increase the chances of a pipe bursting.

roids increase blood volume
salt increases blood volume
exercising speeds up the heart (while you do it)
ephedra speeds up the heart
amphetamines speed up the heart

the more of these you do, the greater the risk of it happening

overall, the risk is very low in the real world...but is still real.
 
Bro

Ephedrine is not a bad thing. I too have been taking it for a few years along with prima force caffeine pills 200mg/2times a day before work outs. this guy your talking about must have had something else wrong. The bigest thing is taking them smartly. You dont take 20 pills in a day. They are used to give you a perk and speed up your metabolism.

Try sticking to a good diet first an then start using them.

Remember bro, it sis better to be safe than FU your body.
