Ephedra vs. Ephedrine

what is the difference? What do each individually do?

Ephedra is the "dirty" herbal version and ephedrine is the pharmaceutical version; Ephedra contains several stimulant akaloids. I would suggest ephedrine so you know the dosage and purity. my .02

what is this ".02" I keep seeing around the boards?

Also...who carries this stuff anymore, I am in IL, and they just reopened it to the public, but no one carries(i do beleive because of insuarance reasons)?
