i have tried it and it works great ... as far as diet goes you have to watch what your eating no matter what you're taking if you want to maxiumize (miss spelled) your results. you definitly want to burn more calories than you take in. take 2 b-4 breakfast and 2 b-4 your workout - i wouldn't take any after 4pm - good luck i promise no other product on the market today is gonna work like this one
