EOD Quad Injections?

I've been injecting back and forth in my quads. I started on my left, next injection was on the right, then back to the left, etc..

Is there a problem with me continuing like this??

I'm a little weary of an ass shot. I was thinking of ventral-gluteal..I have a document but it's very technical and doesn't have a good diagram. Suggestions??

I notice my left quad is much bigger than it used to, it looks good, like it's had a growth spurt. My right has always been dominant. I know you can't make muscles grow by injecting into them but wtf?

Last one, sometimes when I inject the pain seems to shift from where I injected to my knee or my smaller inner quad head.. Is this because I hit a nerve? I keep my weight on the leg so I don't jerk around...sort of flexed a little to pinch the thickest portion of the muscle..
 
I've always had pretty bad pain injecting my quads so I rarely hit them. There is definitely a swelling effect at the inj site so you're not imagining things. Can't believe you've never hit your glutes. That's the most pain-free, reliable place for me although you've got to get it right (I flex my glute to see where the 'belly' of the muscle is, then hit right in the middle of that), it's surprisingly far behind and the bigger I get the harder it is to reach.

What about delts? Since you're ed or eod on tren you should probably either do delts or glutes at some point. You'll end up with some lumpies and scar tissue.
 
in my humble opinion you gots to hit the glutes brother.......... easy as cake, room for error as far as exact inject spot, and less pain.... delts another option, but i try to avoid them myself.....
 
i just do delts and quads..i get cramps in my lat tryin to reach my ass...lmao...guess im not to flexible
 
I have injected in most muscles except the calves.

By far with bigger quantities I always go with the glutes. I never stick the quads anymore and if using 1ml or smaller especially for ed injections I use biceps and delts.

Why are you worried about shooting yourself in the bum?
 
The glute, if you're flexible enough to get to it, is one of the safest places to inject IMO. Think of it like the first thigh injection you did, you were probably nervous, but did it. Now its easy for you. The glute shot will be the same.

Try switching it up a bit and hit those delts its not bad i my self have never done a glute shot either i stick to quads and delts they are easier to hit when you are shooting your self i hope this helps.
 
Look Bro there are 4 heads in the quads, 3 in each leg that will take up to 3ml injection. Just look for the center thickest part of each head to inject into. Everyones quads are slightly different. Then go for it. Why would you pin your glutes when ya cant even see what you are doing? LOL If you are a BIG BOY BBer ya sure cant turn your back & torso around that far.

There's no need to turn at all. Just use the mirror and bend your arm back. It's a huge area where pin point accuracy is not necessary.

That's so funny. I did a glute shot just now and totally cramped up in my lats/obliques, to the point where I had to turn around a wait with the pin just hanging there in my butt cheek. Pretty hilarious. Maybe I'm not so flexible after all!
