whats the next version you have coming out ?

i could put the powder in capsules my self not sure why i didnt think of it first

your best bet at fitting powder in a cap is about 700 mgs per cap

anecdotal evidence suggest you need at least 15 grams of EnerG a day to get the benifit it provides

some like my self cosume about 30 grams a day post workout

SO....

that means at 15 grams you would be eating 21 caps a day

42 if you want the higher dose
