I've still got a near-full tub of the old earth-like tasting stuff. I don't know what to do with it, maybe plant a flower in it? Will it grow, OMEGA?

I already purchased my order but I was trying to use the discount for PureCEE and Glucorell combo pack and the discount code still was not working.

what to look for with Ener-G

(results start in 3 days, and get into full swing around week 2)

1) Muscle Fullness, a very odd yet tight feeling

2) an Increase in Endurance while lifting or doing cardio

3) a HUGE increase in recovery time, includes being less sore if at all, and general systemic feeling of well being

4) THESE results over time start translating into actual lean mass weight gain
while dieting it preseves all that muscle




remember it takes about 3 days to get used to the mildly earthy taste

since its Vanilla flavored it tastes best BLENDED with Milk
for a ALL IN ONE POP shake, either after a workout, before bed, ar all in the AM




Ener-G is dose dependant NOT timing dependant

I just back into working out after a long layoff. Just ordered 2 containers of Ener-G. I'm dwindling my supps to a few of them, like Protein and Ener-G and a few other pills. I cut back big time but I'll keep these "essentials".

will keep the sorness at bay

I suggest the first 2-4 weeks up the dosage and time all consumption before bed in one massive shake

or after a workout

this way your trasition will be much easier and get you to a higher level of performance faster

A quick question... If you take 5 days off from Ener-G, how should you go back to taking it? My bottle finished and I'm awaiting the new bottles hopefully Wednesday. I hate the intial dosing with it. I've been taking the previous bottle everyday for about 3-4 weeks. Is it pretty much out of your system in 5 days?
 
hard to say it seems very much like creatine in the sense that it does dissipate

with out EnerG my recovery decreases as well and muscle fullness



in 3 days it becomes apparent that I need more EnerG

if you back off intensity you may be able to get away with it longer
