S Surgical New member Jul 30, 2003 #2 Wait 3 weeks after your last shot. Yes, break up the dosages. Never take one days worth of medication all at once. No need to take 400mg of Clomid, 300mg will do just fine on day 1. Then days 2-12 100mg/ED, days 13-22 50mg/ED
