Damn tt is the shit!! Strength is really kicking in. I've never had strength gains like this. Hit new PR's on chest and leg day this week. Increased 30lbs. on ATF squats for 8 reps. I understand that an increase of 30-50lbs. for a single is great, and that's about what I expect. I really only do higher rep sets though. But hell, I didn't expect a work set of 8 reps to increase that much. Also, I would like to thank all you guys who provided the info I needed to set up my cycle and diet correctly. I am doing a few things differently this cycle that I have not done in the past. This is the best damn board around. I've already got my training partner addicted to this site as well. Thanks again!
