the carb ups are awesome but i always add at least 1" to the waistline every carb up (even with less than recommended carb amounts) and seems to grow the waistline disproportianately...ive used it before to get ripped but the waistline rebounds bigger than before...wtf???
The rebound can be avoided by starting w/ only 50g carb in the morning for the 1st week, add 25g carb every week until you reach 200g. This way the 4 week can be the determental part to shift your metabolic rate back.....the 1 inch gain in the waist is all water retention due to fat cells taking up water.
wow, thanks for the fast response mr. x,
another quick question,
i can hit ketosis quick and am drug free (not even creatine for now) and i can maintain ketosis on less fat than recommended...is this ok to have more pro/less fat?

I wouldn't recommend having more protein and less fat, for the simple reason that protein converts to glucose at a 56% rate, which is fairly high and enough to interrupt ketosis.
You misread, it can vary from time to time...it can be 49% it can be 57%, it can be 54.1%, the range is around 50-60%. And as a side note, I've mentioned 50% and 50% but never 54, as far as I can remember.
