ended winny cycle

Hello Ladies,

I just ended my first cycle on winny ( started @ 10mg/day worked up to 30mg/day) No big sides...just a little acne, nothing major. I want to start a cutting cycle.

Question... How long should I wait before I start a cutting cycle? and what would be a good cutting cycle to start? I want to lose some BF @ 17% now.

Time on should equal time off. So if you want to take an AAS to help retain muscle while in a caloric deficit, you should wait at least as long as you were on Winny. Cutting is REALLY ALL DIET. Anavar can help a little with cutting BF, but ultimately, your success cutting will be due to diet.
