end of second week update

that's the first week over, a quick reminder of my cycle:

Weeks 1 -5 D-bol 20mg ED
Weeks 1 - 10 Deca 200mg per week
Weeks 8 - 12 25 mg Winny ED

Well here's the update after 7 days I gained 7 lbs!!!

Well that was the first week update above, now for week 2:

I upped the D-bol intake to 25mg ED

Disaster struck 2 days ago I've got some sort of bug and have been quite sick for the last 2 days and have found it difficult to eat anything much other than proein shakes, but I'm feeling a bit better tonight.

So week 2 I'm up another 2 lb so it's up 9lb in total but hold in mind that due to the sickness I've lost the puffy water look and half and inch from my waist so I've probably put on more than 9lb in total of muscle. Deca should start to kick soonish I think so lets see what happens, I'm really happy with my gains so far THIS IS VERY LOW DOSE CYCLE! If only I hadn't have been sick!

My bench has went from 220lbs to 245lbs which I think is quite impressive in 2 weeks also!

Week 3 will appear next Friday.

I posted my first week cycle results last week too.
I was on 200mgs of Deca, 25mgs of DBol and I gained 5 lbs in the first week.
It's now 4 days into the 2nd week and I've added another 2 lbs.

I'm awaiting some sust from my source. Also gonna up the deca to 400mgs every week.

Other people told me it was too late to add sust you really need it from the start, I'm not going to increase the Deca over 200mg as such, but probably will start jaggin' every 5 rather than 7 days at week 4 on. One of my sources who is an ex-bodybuilding champ said that 200mg is enough for a novice and that I don't need to take anymore in my first couple of cycles, now since he's selling me the shit it wouldn't make sense unless he believes it's true, but a lot of people in here say no less than 300mg...

I gained a couple of pound more than you in my first week but it was obvious that it was water I looked kinda puffy :)
 
good to see things are coming along nicely, all i ca suggest is 100mgs of proviron daily if you dont want any kind of water retention / puffiness to be visible
 
Good gains! The cycle looks good aswell. It's always good to up your vitamin intakes when your on a cycle to minimize the risk of getting sick..

I don't think I need it now... after being sick for 2 days the puffyness has went AWOL. :D
