End of Cycle Update

My first two weeks were frontloaded with 500 Sust, the next 6 were just 250.
Total weight gain is from 226 up to 240.

Workouts were Each body part twice per week with Sunday off or Mon.& Thursday- Chest & tri's/ Tues&Fri.- Back & Bi's / Wed.& Sat.- Legs& Abs

I ate a min of 300 grams PT per day but did not count calories or carbs. Fat intake was low and diet was really clean.

Body Fat % is down 5% in 9 weeks.

Third week I was up 12 pounds and felt bloated as hell and no appetite. I went with .5 mg L-Dex ED for 1 week until bloating subsided and appetite was back, then continued @ .5 mg about twice a week(it seemed to keep the bloat in check).

Strength gains were felt at the end of the second week and kept gaining up through then end of cycle.

Vascularity improved from about week 3 and kept gettin better. I have never seen the vein on my bicep until about 3 weeks ago. My fore arms are ripped with veins...I LIKE it!!!!!!
Noticable size differences in week 4. My chest grew amazingly compared to the rest of me...but I am please with overal growth. Chest has gone from 48 to 51 1/2" measured right above the nips.

My back is defined and looks nice...best cuts ever, traps, rear delts, and lats took on really defined shapes. I finally have a V taper although my waist (handles) are still a little big. And I still have a little bit of chest fat on the side and lower pecs.

Sides from the Sust??? I felt great throughout cycle, other than when I tried to throw in a little D-bol.... Some Small stretch marks on upper chest at the front of the armpit.... Oily skin started in the second week but was kept in check with Neutrogena Deep Clean Cream Cleanser used EOD in shower. I did not even get the first bit of acne. Testicle atrophy??? minimal to un-noticable.
Will be starting PCT in 2 weeks.

Already planning Second cycle...maybe Prop and winny!

Nice work & congratulations. I'd recomend training each body part 1x a week for a while and see what happens.

i think 2x a wk is better but with much lower vol to enable recovery.

That is my plan. I have already figured out my change-up starting Monday. The only reason that I was working each BP twice per week was to take advantage of the speeded recovery. I was never sore on the second work out per week up until the last week or so.

So I am going to be changine up to a Mon, Wed, Fri, split with cardio on the others to see what differences it will make.

Agreed. Once a week per part, but hit each part hard and heavy. Your body will still need time to recover. Twice a week will not allow your body to recover sufficiently
