Week 1- 10: 600 CYP
Week 1- 9 : 400 DECA
Week 8-12: Winny 50 EOD
When your in week 8-12, do you adjust your calories slightly downward (from 20x bodyweight) to begin shedding off the fat you accumulated during the first 8 weeks while the Winny gets started?
