Ive been dieting clean (no AAS) for 14 weeks now and am at the point where im thinking to throw in 750mg/week for 8 weeks. The prob is i have some small gyno (i think it is anyway.. i see the specialist on 8 August). Do you guys think if i throw in 1mg Arimidex ED that will stop any further nipple soreness issues? I planned to start the arimidex approx 2 weeks after my first shot. Any opinions?
Ive been clean for approx 12 months now and im wondering do i hit it now or wait til ive seen the specialist...?

yeah adex at 1mg ed and nolva was perfect for me, got the itchy puffy nips to go away and the lumps, thanks to jenetic's advice.

nolva to bind the receptors on your nips.n I never use adex just nolva and i'm very prone to gyno.

i would rather first try the nolva and see what happens then if it becomes really bothering i would go. I know this friend of mine got gyno symptoms really bad it even got a little lump on one side, he was injecting himself with test 1g a week but he didn't know shit about gyno or the sides of test, I told him to take nolva at 100mg the first week then 60mg the second then 40mg until It went down right now his lump is gone so as the gyno.

You've been clean for a year, why not wait til after you see the doc? If he has to run tests on your hormone levels, he will know you are on gear. You'll be screwed as far as insurance purposes at that point.
