I was wondering if anyone could give me an idea of how much Enantat i should be taking with 50 mg winstrol tablets. 190 lbs not fat but not ripper 5' 8'' tall. I dont wana get massive just wana get a bit bigger maybe like 10 lbs and get ripped. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You have to provide more information than that to get a response.
such as: age, diet, lifting experience, and so on.
Getting ripped is all about diet and if this is your first cycle test is a great beginning.

try 500mg per wk.

run the test e at 500mg for 12 weeks and the winstrol for weeks 8-12 at 50mg ed. you diet will determine how you look so don't think the winny is gonna just rip you up
