email and PM advice

If you've sent someone an email, and you want them to read it immediately...PM them instead of making a post on the board. Most people have the PM option where a box pops up immediately telling them they have a private message. I know sometimes it's easier to just tell them in a thread but the majority of the time they'll get the PM before they read the thread. adios.
