No, it comes free with your Platinum Membership.

TAKE NOTE, however, that EF uses Hushmail, and you are treated the same as if you have a Hushmail account. That is, if you have three weeks of inactivity, the account is shut down. When this happens, Elite Fitness cannot reactivate your account, as it is beyond our jurisdiction. Only by going through Hushmail can the account be reactivated, and in such a case, I believe you have to pay for a full Hushmail account.

If you use an Elite Fitness Hushmail email account, you make sure to use it at least once every three weeks to avoid it being shut down.

No, no... it comes free with your membership. Well... hmm... I assume you have to be plat, but maybe not. Good question, lol. I should ask BRR. I've never used EF email, since I'm always afraid of signing up and forgetting to use it for a few weeks and then never being able to have an EF email again.

Once a period of three weeks of inactivity goes by, however, reactivation of the account is beyond Elite Fitness's ability. It can only be done through Hushmail themselves, and I'm pretty sure you have to pay, just like a disabled free Hushmail account requires one to pay for reactivation.

You can have a free elitefitness.com e-mail account without being Plat. but the mailbox size (inbox/outbox, ect.) will be severely limited. I think there might be some other features you get only if your Plat.
