I think the system deactivates accounts that have not been used for a certain number of days. When did you last use them? Anyway, email me with the name of the elitefitness.com account address and we will be glad to reactivate it.

I'm having connection issues too, so the server may be down...I am not gettting a de-activated message though.

I am experiencing the same problems & I use mine sometimes 15-20 times per day. It says:

"Error Authenticating with the server. Server error private key operation from (me) presented a nonce that is not in the database".


What the hell does that mean? It worked when I left the house an hour ago & now this. I just had my damn getresponse addy deleted yesterday, so this is all I need ya know?! Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

yep, that's the error "I was too lazy to type it out".... the authentication server needs to be bounced
