I have applied OMEAG's training and diet techniques just the last few weeks and I can tell you that I have been so sore from the workouts, and have been leaning up a ton in a short amount of time.

OMEGAman helped me get the chest i wanted since i felt it was lagging, now i need other parts to catch up

and his supp advice was spot on amazing for me, he'll have you feeling like a beast day in day out

the class has the more advanced phases so if someone wants to do the LONG course which take some time then go all the way

Also many could buy this then when done sign up for the project and do the more advanced levels.

~then when they want to "peak"

That's what I'll do then. Do that for 8 weeks then peak. I wasn't aware there are longer phases.

I love those double d's also Omega! lol

The Omega project is for everyone! very beginners to the advanced. When I was in the project I had been training for 12 years and some had been training for like a year or less. We all made very big progress. I now know how to really train the right way for the best results. As I always say, it's a must for everyone to try out!

ok, I have a confession:
As you may have read in C&C, I have BAD A.D.D. and turn into a COMPLETElY impatient, absent-minded BITCH if I don't have my adderall (doctor's orders:D).
Sometimes, I don't find time to get to the pharmacy to pick it up before I run out or don't have my adderall for other reasons.
When this happens, I take LIPOFLAME. True story. I have been doing this off and on since it first came out. A bottle lasts me FOREVER bc I only take it when I'm out of adderall, but it is AMAZING how much the stuff helps my mood and helps me focus.
I know LIPOFLAME isn't marketed as a med for attention deficit disorder.... but it works WONDERS for me when I run outta my meds.
Just wanted to share. I think its neat-o.
