G GenSci26 New member Mar 4, 2004 #3 Yes, it's good for recuperation or on off days to treat sore/tight muscles. However the pretty much only real benefit of EMS is the ability to work a muscle when injured or during rehab. Other than that, it doesn't offer any advantages IMO.
