elbows

my elbows are killing me. I've been going heavy and I am in week 4 of my cycle. Taking aifm, 3 sprays ed. I can't think of anything that could be causing this. Its not real real bad, but hurts enough. what can I do?

Do you mean the inside or the outside of the elbow hurts. Could be tendonitis. Inside is golfers elbow, outside is tennis elbow. I have the golfers elbow from heavy curls with a straight bar. The curl bar helps. Of course, you'll hear the only thing that really helps is rest.

I'm having the same problem right now, I've been going extremely heavy since Christmas and I'm starting to feel it right now.
It's time to switch things up, so I'm going lighter on the weight, higher reps and more sets.
Stay away from certain tricep exercises that aggravate the elbows.
In my case skull crushers seem to be the worst culprit.
Stick w/ pushdowns, dips, close grips and certain overhead exercises.
I would also recommend trying glucosamin chondroiton MSM.

Thats what I thought could be the problem. I will cut back on the AIFM and the weight, I am starting the cutting phase of my cycle anyways. Just two sprays ed? OK

Good advice.

If you had elbow pain like what your describing before you started using AIFM then Yes, MSM and glucosamine will work the guys are right. Stuff is awesome, but if it happened after you started use of AIFM then its obviously the AIFM. Just gotta distinguish when the pain started.

Its a symptom of injured tendons, if you continue to lift heavy there is a good chance you will continue to strain them and they will just get worse. Anti-inflamatories will even compound the problem neutralizing the bodies own healing cascade. If you dont want to give up lifting and give them a time to heal prolotherapy is a great alternative.

Excessive AI coverage WILL cause nasty joint issues

earlier this year ran a suicidal AI and felt like knees were going to break

I dont like using straps, but my elbows killing me for a while a few years back,my buddy said if he didnt use straps when doing weighted pullups his elbows wuould hurt bad,so I did use them for that excercise, and greatly reduced,if not eliminated my elbow pain.Though they still hurt from time to time, cant do cleans .

I do use straps, so start using gloves.

Also cutting the ai to two sprays a day or less, maybe eod. The problem is I have puffy nipps alot and don't like it, also not wanting to have too much bloat.

I am on 750sust and 600eq, starting week 5 on sunday. Getting ready to start taking t3 too. How much do I really need the AI???

If nipples are getting puffy then the cause is probably not due to too low of estrogen.
Try some of the OTC products mentioned.
Many including me have had pretty good success w/ them.
