Ok, so my ego got the best of me and I messed up my elbow arm wrstling my boss at work, who happens to be 4" and 30 lbs heavier than me. I held my own...neither of us budged for a good minute before we called it a draw. But now my elbow is killing me when I lft. I had to completely skip my bicep workout this week, and it's really hurting now after I did some heavy benching.
Can anyone give me some ways to try and rehab/strengthen the tendons? I know some rest will do it some good, but I'm sure most of you can relate when I say that I don't want to take a whole lot of time off from the gym. Anything I can do to accelerate the healing process?
