Elbow problems

Ok, so my ego got the best of me and I messed up my elbow arm wrstling my boss at work, who happens to be 4" and 30 lbs heavier than me. I held my own...neither of us budged for a good minute before we called it a draw. But now my elbow is killing me when I lft. I had to completely skip my bicep workout this week, and it's really hurting now after I did some heavy benching.

Can anyone give me some ways to try and rehab/strengthen the tendons? I know some rest will do it some good, but I'm sure most of you can relate when I say that I don't want to take a whole lot of time off from the gym. Anything I can do to accelerate the healing process?
 
almost any bodybuilder will tell you they have hurt their arm arm wrestling.


(at least anyone who hurt their elbow arm wrestling who happens to be a body builder)


moral of the story? -whyd you do that?
