Got this pain in my right elbow, well to the inner side of it when looking down at it. Only hurts when im doing bi's, tri's and some lat pull downs. Im not planning on resting it for months without training so please no one suggest that. Is there any supplement or joint formula you guys may reccomend??? im sure a few of you has had this pain before - after gear and you lift heavier thats when it happened.
Thanks for any suggestions...

+1 bro!

I started this combo about 3 weeks ago, my shoulder and elbow pain is now pretty much non existant!

Also, take a little more time warming up when doing those exercises that cause you pain.

Ibuprofren is another thing I would throw in there when you have the pain.

i had this pretty bad for a couple weeks. what i did was start doing light weight high reps for a couple weeks and when i went back to heavy lifts it was gone. some people also swear by glucosamine and condroiton (sp?). i didn't have to get any of that, but if it persists for you then that would be the first product i would buy. it can be pricey, but i've heard it's pretty cheap at big lots if you have one around you.

on a side note i take creatine monohydrate. i don't think that had anything to do with causing or healing it though.

Creatine will cause numbness in the fingers and hands for alot of members (including me) so it's a possibility and shouldn't be ruled out, i would discontinue and see what happens.

oh, sorry i should have specified. i had been taking it for 2 months before it occurred and continued through it and am still taking it. i have zero pain in any joints as of now. it's been a month since it stopped hurting. knock on wood.

i'm of the opinion that the change in my routine from heavy to light helped it dramatically. i didn't want to rest it either so i felt the next best thing was to not put as much stress on it. i feel like keeping it moving, but not straining it helped it a lot. that's just how i recovered from it. it may not be that easy for others.

i also do some unconventional stuff outside of the gym in my everyday life that helped it as well, but i'm not going to get into it here unless you're interested.
